You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Payment terms vary by service. Invoices are typically issued monthly and are due upon receipt. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified in our payment portal.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received. Repeated late payments may result in termination of services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yantra Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; or (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, your access to services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
